Once we have shipped your package, you must address any delivery problems directly with the shipping carrier, as they are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. While we ensure that all items are carefully packed and handed over to the carrier in perfect condition, we cannot control the handling and transit process once the package leaves our facility.
Issues such as delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit fall under the purview of the shipping carrier. Therefore, it is essential to contact the carrier directly to resolve any delivery-related issues, as they are best equipped to provide tracking information, investigate problems, and offer solutions or compensation.
If a shipment is delayed or fails to be delivered it is outside the control and responsibility of HiViz Swimwear to refund you for the package or shipping.
