DOMESTIC RETURNS
We know that sometimes what we order isn't the right fit or style, or, oops, we ordered the wrong thing. We are dedicated to providing top-quality neon swimwear with the durability we want as parents. We want you to LOVE your HiViz Swimwear. If you have an issue with your order, we have simple returns and exchanges to make it easy for you to get what you want.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Our simple returns and exchanges streamline the process so you get the perfect product for you and your family. If you purchased a product and are dissatisfied, you can return it to us in new condition, with all tags and liners attached, within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund or store credit. Return shipping is a flat rate of $9. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed. The restocking and return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility. You can initiate a self-service return through your customer account or email us at hello@hivizswim.com.
Exchanges can be processed for alternate sizes or colors of the same product. Email us at hello@hivizswim.com to initiate the exchange. Flat-rate shipping of $9 for returning and $9 for shipping the new items will be charged, as well as a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the shipping.
Damaged/Defective or Wrong Items
We aim for the highest quality but understand that something may slip through. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can return it for a full refund or the correct item. Customers requesting a return for a damaged/defective or incorrect item will receive a free shipping label to send it back at no charge.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Due to the cost of international shipping all international sales are final. We do inspect every item as it is hand packed; in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item please email us at hello@hivizswim.com.
